A Special Message From Brother Keith Moore
A Special Message From Brother Keith Moore
Brothers:
As many of you know, this upcoming semester is a very important time for our Alpha Sigma Chapter. The renovation that we have all been waiting on so long is finally complete, and we want to welcome you to our banquet and ribbon cutting as a token of our appreciation. In order to celebrate this monumental benchmark in our chapter's history, we will be holding a special two day event beginning on September 17th.
We plan on having a banquet that Friday evening to celebrate the chapter's progress over the year and keep everybody up to date on everything going on within the chapter. The banquet is currently scheduled to be at the University of Tennessee Conference Center on the night of the 17th, so try and pencil that into your schedule.
The next day we will be tailgating all morning in preparation for the ribbon cutting ceremony, which will be around 12 P.M. After that short event, we will continue tailgating until the Florida game, which begins at 3:30 P.M. We are in the process of garnering tailgating materials so that we can have a nice amount of food present throughout the day.
Details are subject to change, but please go ahead and mark your calendars now as we know they fill quickly, also we encourage you to bring your families along.
As of now, not everything is set in stone, but be sure to mark September 17th and 18th in your calendars, as this is something that many of us have waited a very long time for.
Thanks,
Keith Moore
